Order processing time
We strive to ship every order within 1-2 business days. Oftentimes orders are shipped the same day. Rarely items may take a little bit longer for us to process (3-5 business days). We ship via USPS and offer First Class and 2-3 day Priority Mail. We do not ship Express or Overnight (we've found out the hard way that it's just not reliable enough...).
Once you have placed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation to the email you provided. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not shipped. Request a cancellation by emailing us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped we will cancel it right away and start processing a full refund.
Our top priority is for you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from Soiree Supply. If you are not happy with it you may return it at ANY time as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do appreciate it if it's returned in it's original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Did you get the wrong color? We will gladly exchange items for you, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are returning and what you would like instead. We will ship your requested item to you as quickly as possible once your return has been received.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sadly, shipping costs are non-refundable.
And, you, the customer are responsible for paying for your own return shipping.
We will not accept returns on items not in their original condition that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Did we make a mistake?
Agh! We're sorry! We hate making mistakes but we're very human (and often distracted by a gaggle of small children running around our feet while we're working), so if we have made a mistake on your order please contact us right away at email@example.com and we will work with you to find a solution to make it right!
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
